By being innovative, Devotion has achieved the status of a National Key High-Tech Enterprise and is listed successfully on the Main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange. We integrate the business of thermal equipment manufacturing, new energy resource development & operation, gas equipment supply, economization project investment & operation as well as R&D in the fields of environmental protection. Innovative System. Before the promulgation of the Company Act，Devotion has implemented a stock-holding system with transparency of capital and equities structure. In year 2000, Devotion introduced venture capital funding while at the same time winning accreditations from local and overseas banks. Since then, we have established and maintained strong working relationship with banking institutions, thus enhancing our overall strength. Devotion has been successfully listed on the Main-board of the Singapore Stock Exchange since August 2003, making it the first local high-tech private enterprise to be listed abroad.

The board of directors is composed of a team of well experienced financial experts, scientists and entrepreneurs. Our independent director, Abdullah Tarmugi, is the current Speaker of the Singapore Parliament. Our president, Mr. Chang Houchun, is the Deputy to the 10th National People’s Congress and was named as the National Model Worker in 2005.

Innovative Technology. Innovation is Devotion’s core competitiveness. In 1999, our R&D center was designated as one of the top 10 provincial engineering centers in Guangdong and was granted the National Key High-Tech Enterprise status. In 2002, our R&D center was appointed as the Post-Doctorate R&D center for R&D in Thermal Technology. We boast a prominent R&D faculty; our team includes 10 individuals who are doctorate degree holders, while more than 100 are master’s degree holders. To date, Devotion has registered more than 100 national patents and know-hows. We are inducted into “Project Torch” – a national initiative, the “National New Eco-technology Extending Project”, and the “National Key New Product Extending Project”. Furthermore, we are among the first who were awarded the ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, GOST and CE certificates. Devotion is ranked among the Top 8 Most Competitive Enterprises in Guangzhou.

Devotion has firmly established itself as a researcher & manufacturer of quality energy equipment. To date, Devotion has become an integrated enterprise, providing service packages of efficient and rational utilization of energy equipments and new energy resources, manufacturing & installation of energy devices. As issues concerning energy resources and energy equipments are eternal topics, Devotion’s core business is focused on rational energy utilization and equipment manufacturing.

Fuelled by gas, electricity or oil, the exhaust emission of Devotion industrial boilers are far below that of national standards levels, up to 90% of which heat efficiency is 20%-30% higher than that of the traditional coal boilers. Devotion boilers incorporate an intelligent control system, by which we can realize remote control through the Internet.

Having introduced advanced techniques and a first-class automatic production line from Europe, Devotion developed the SQUIRREL-brand domestic wall-hung gas/electric boiler. The SQUIRREL domestic combination boiler can be used for bathing and heating. Timing and temperature-setting features effect a change in lifestyle, making life more comfortable. This highly efficient and environment-friendly boiler is boosting the development of domestic boiler industry. Our combination boiler has been named the Latest Household Appliance in China. Moreover, Devotion’s management was appointed by the State Construction Ministry to draft 5 national standards for central heating boiler and domestic boiler industries in the PRC.

In our pursuit of scientific & technological development and innovation, Devotion has been keeping pace with the international trend. In recent years, Devotion has delegated more than 100 technicians abroad for training. At the same time, we invited experts from Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands and America to conduct lectures for our staff.

Through decades of rapid development, Devotion is now shareholder of 4 subsidiaries. These include SGX-listed Devotion Eco-thermal Ltd., Guangzhou Devotion Thermal Facility Co. Ltd., Guangzhou Devotion Domestic Boiler Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and Guangzhou Devotion Energy Engineering Co. Ltd. In addition, we have set up the Gas Project Dept., International Business Department and Oil-Field Business Department. We are now a comprehensive enterprise which integrates development & operation of new energy resources, thermal equipment manufacturing & supply, such as large-scale boiler, domestic boiler and gas equipment. At present, we have established branches and representative offices in Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Dubai, Singapore and Hong Kong. Devotion has also penetrated into North Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America, providing services internationally, thus achieving Market Internationalization.

Devotion also boasts of an extensive sales and after-market network across China. We are the first to launch the ISA666 Service System of International Standard.
